   At my agency we’ve built out a full system (all in Claude skills + mcps) that work with Claude Code (and now Cowork) to help us get our analysis and strategy done 10x faster.

   Also have a fully annotated and analyzed copy of the Yandex code leak from a few years ago for the AI to reason with (especially how topical authority works on yandex) and “digital minds” from some famous SEO’s written work (who’s strategy and seo fundamentals I agree with) that I use to ask and answer questions when I get stuck.

   It’s awesome. Things would take 10x as long and I’d need 10x more people to service all my clients.
