Use Clarity or Hotjar and try to identify the where and when are they leaving.
Also, it’s possible you’re not fulfilling user intent. I mean, they come to your website because they thought it would have what they were looking for but you don’t.
What do you want them to do on your landing page?
Review your behavior analytics. You can use stuff like Mouseflow or Hotjar or any screen recording software. It emulates the user session, creates heat maps and can help you diagnose where your users are disconnecting. Also helpful in finding broken stuff or frustrating issues your visitors may run into.
I.e. common ones i’ve seen:
– Important converting info is too low on the page. You can see this by scroll %
– Brand or product lacks sufficient trust signals. (Lack of user reviews, thin content on website)
– Product doesn’t match intent
You can also just visit the top competitors in your space. See what they’re doing differently, what did you like/dislike? It might help improve your offering as well

Better content / reframing. If people are leaving and not engaging, you may have a misalignment in intent
Install Microsoft Clarity (free) on your site or another heatmap and screen recording software and actually look and see what users are experiencing when they go to your site. That can help, but not the only option.
