22 yaşına kadar 27 iş

Yakın zamanda satış temsilcisi olmak için T-Mobile’daki işimden ayrıldım ve yeterince dikkat edip dinleyemiyorum ve hatırlamam gereken o kadar çok şey var ki. 22 yaşıma kadar 27 işim olmuş olsaydım bu ben miydim? 4 işten kovuldum ve 23 işten ayrıldım. Mutsuzum ve hayatımdan nefret ediyorum. En azından 13 bin kadar biriktirdim. 21 yaşına geldiğimde 23 bin tasarruf etmeyi başardım ama çevrimiçi ticarete 8 bin yatırım yaptım. Benim için çok mu geç? Vazgeçmeli miyim? Sahip olduğum tüm işlerin berbat olduğunu düşündüm. Belki henüz aradığım şeyi bulamadım? Bende bir sorun mu var?

    ADHD by chance? no one can diagnose you over the internet, I’m just saying that is the type of pattern that can be common with something like ADHD.

    I think 27 jobs is a accomplishment tbh

    It’s a lot to remember because you don’t care about it

    First off– you are 22. You’ve barely even begun. Your “thing” will hopefully change and morph throughout your life. You will be so many things in life. With some introspection and action, you can take control of who you will be. Think about what you do like to do as components: “I like to do this thing because it makes me focus deeply,” or “I like to do this type of thing because it changes frequently.” Even “I like to play music because there are rules, but variations in the rules, and I like how there is collaboration but you also work on skills independently”. Then apply those reasons to a job that can contain them. It would be a good idea to return to any ADHD practitioners you may have seen in the past or to seek a diagnosis. Even if you haven’t been formally diagnosed with ADHD, I’d recommend studying the subject and incorporating strategies from people who have been there like, for instance, Rich and Rox (@adhd_love_) on Instagram.

    I have quit jobs when i feel overwhelm and tired take some weeks off then i start another job havent done it lately tho
