Curious about the same. Theoretically, if you have good SEO, the AI will pickup your websites the same way (especially Gemini since it probably uses the same crawlers).
I can’t imagine if there is anything specific to AI optimization that significantly differs from SEO best practices?

Basically it’s SEO, maybe with a small dash of old-fashioned pre-digital public relations efforts which we should have been including anyway.
