Ask as many questions as often as you like.
A couple of things: have a few calls with some senior SEOs in your network or 2nd connections – just ask for an hour or 30 minutes of their time.
Set out what you need. Maybe look at your competitors and get some competitor analysis. Are they eating/living/breathing SEO?
For example – 70-90% of their traffic is SEO = Google dependent. It doesnt mean they’re ignoring social media. Google = 8X the traffic of ALL social channels including YT combined
No google traffic = they’re ignoring SEO – which presents a huge opportunity but you have to craft the journey on your own a bit more.
Maybe get an SEO strategiest/freelancer to help you in the early days.
Familiarize yourself with how Google works – for example, PageRank, Topical Authoriyty
