What are you looking at that shows this? Ahrefs shows this site as not being even CLOSE to the consultancies you’re mentioning here. The growth rate is impressive, sure, but they went from basically zero.
Additionally, essentially all their traffic is essentially branded on the “kaizen” term. Personally I wouldn’t be impressed by what any agency has done here.
