You can do a small backlink exchange
Is it a business?
If it is, the following can work:
LinkedIn, Twitter
Facebook, Yelp, BBB, YellowPages
Chamber of Commerce for the city
A medium article
And of course, Press Release.
For PR, you’d want to get articles that have backlinks. This is not the same as buying guest posts/backlinks, you’re paying for the outreach, not the backlink.
After all that, contact other businesses that would be willing to collaborate with them (ones with blogs specifically).
