Keyword density isn’t a thing in SEO
Don’t write for search engines, write for the humans who will read your content.
Include the top 2 phrases in the introduction, then scatter the others throughout the body at least once.
Just know that simply writing an article doesn’t guarantee it will get ranked. Chances are actually that it won’t rank on it’s own.
Focus on things that actually matter: creating great content, providing more value than other ranking results, improving your domain authority, getting relevant backlinks/mentions, on-page/technical SEO, etc.
You shouldn’t be stressing about keyword density (as long as you’re not keyword stuffing). All of the things above will have a much bigger impact.

I’m a believer in KW density, but not in 10 target KW’s.
You want 1 keyword per page.
This is already outdated.
Like what many suggest, focus on writing for human to read.
Don’t focus on the density.
You’re beyond help if this is what you’re asking.
