2. Pages have their own authority – so its pointless looking at the homepage “DA” for backlink “value”
3. Word count is not a factor
4. Thin content isn’t “bad”

Domain and page age matters. How long has your page been up vs theirs?
ranking factors for local are different than traditional seo. for example if their business name includes the target keyword and yours doesnt, then they can outrank you with less authority
Google rank pages remember, not websites.
