Looks like you have some decent rankings in Kuwait and Arab Emirates, but you don’t have any good backlinks. That’s what you’re missing.
Could be faster, not intuitive, lot of buttons don’t work, navigation could be better.
Looks very good and professional, but it is lacking the things above.
Judging by your post history you provide SEO services and have clients, is this a clients website?
The framework is not there. The website doesn’t seem to be targeting any keywords. The homepage, the listing pages and venue pages themselves are not optimized and don’t even have h1 tags. I can see some of the venues do have the correct title, but many do not. Page title just says “venue list” for every location.. these are core pages. When you hover over “Occassions” the list of occassions doesn’t work, when you click items nothing happens and I don’t think there’s pages set up for them.
and this is ignoring the lack of authority. You need to work on that too, but the basics need fixed first.
