In this game you just need to have eagle eyes and get your irons in the fire. Get your strategy down… to a tee.
Assuming you’ve done all the local stuff already (business profile, local pages, etc), get into any and every local directory that you can.
For golf, I find IG/Tiktok is a perfect avenue for that if you aren’t already creating content and snippets there.
On purely seo, create content that is relevant to users in your area, what do golfers in Toronto need to be aware about?:
“How to work on your swing in the winter”
“Hockey vs golf swing” (or maybe not bc of Leafs current performances)
You need to provide value to potential customers and meet them where they are searching
Our first customer was a golf simulator installer from South Africa. We took them from position 6, to ranking 1st for 8 keywords, so I speak from a position of having seen traffic go from 80 clicks per month to 1.4k within a year, in the golfing niche.
What you need is other websites that link to your website on the keyword “golf instructor tampa”.
In your position it should be easy to obtain these links. My confidence level us very high that you can dominate that niche in no time.
If you cannot see yourself acquiring these links, employing a link builder is what you will need to do.
