Internal links dont invent authority.
You need to have a source of validation.
A page with organic traffic is needed or you need to get backlinks.
Otherwise all you’re doing is adding more water pipes in a house that has no water source. You can’t invent water.

You need others to link to your webtite on the anchor text being the keyword you want to rank for.
