  1. I know you guys don’t like it but I’m glad that Google experiments out in the open, unlike other companies.

  2. i’ve been using it for 2 or 3 years, i love it. Specially the tickets section and points of interest near me..

    so sad 🙁

  3. Well, it’s getting replaced by a supposedly better one. Just think as the new one as the new redesign. Hopefully a mobile app for it is in the works.

  4. I’ve traveled all over the world and I almost exclusively used this app.

It got to the point where I would not plan and instead open this app in the airport or the night before.

  5. Ultimately why I’m going to stay away from Stadia. I have zero faith in it.

  7. Google really should core focus on increasing capacity in their storage dept and stip trying out these crappy, late to market ideas.

  8. I can’t wait to buy a Google stadia controller just so it can collect first in two years.

  9. Are you shitting me? I just started using this cause of how they broke Inbox. What did it move to this time?

  11. Bummer. Google Trips was a gem for spontaneous trips.

  12. Eventually they will run out of new ideas and resurrect old ones

    Therefore , “nothing truly dies”

  13. I liked this app. I used it to plan a trip to Chicago with my fiancé. It provided us a way to look at all the places we had pinned and also find some others when we had extra time.

  14. Used it quite a bit too the offline mode was nice. It basically was a hub for all of their services. Go there review the currency and ways to get around then added places to the want to go list and sometimes take a look at their day trip plans.

  15. I really liked this app. Really handy for traveling to new places and finding this to explore.

  16. Honestly, good riddance. It tried to be too smart for its own good – and it was practically impossible to make manual changes to itineraries when it. Did screw up. TripIt was, and is, a far better service.

  17. And now they want me to buy videogames from them….

  18. I just found out about it last month…. and it’s dead already…..
