  11. Meanwhile in Australia, grandfathered into a Telstra plan with unlimited full speed data (including 5G) where I can get upward of 500 Mbps sustained download speeds

  13. Yeah I think they started doing it a little bit before the announcement actually, I hit the data cap on my grandfathered plan yesterday and it gave me a message about throttling speeds, but it didn’t slow down at all
