  9. Ouch lol… you could check the Event Log to see if there’s any messages like this (https://i.imgur.com/6CBStiJ.png). Might give you an idea as to whether the disk is fried or whether it’s just the partition table

    Me thinks something went amiss when you partitioned it. Delete the partition and try GPT.
