If you don’t use tiktok then this’ll be irrelevant.
So, I really care about the videos that I marked “Like” on tiktok – I think they’re a very important collection, unfortunately this collection is very unreliable because tiktok authors often randomly take down their own videos, sometimes even close their accounts.
I happen to know how to build chrome-extensions, so I made one that can export all my Likes from tiktok.com to MP4s. I’ve used it myself for half a year now, but yesterday I finally did enough polishing and made it public in the chrome store.
Right now I’m hiding it from search engines because I’m not sure if it’ll work on everybody’s computer, so I’m hoping to get some beta testers here. If you’re interested, please message me and I’ll send you a link. It’ll be quite straightforward: 1. install a chrome-extension 2. visit [tiktok.com](https://tiktok.com) 3. the extension will export videos you’ve “Liked” to a folder you specify 4. when you have new Likes, run again to incrementally add the new ones to your folder.
If it turns out working well without bugs, I’ll post out the link. Thanks!
